Service agreement terms

These terms define how projects are scoped, billed, delivered, and supported.

1. Scope Control

  • Work starts after scope packet is documented and approved.
  • Deliverables are measured against written inclusions, exclusions, and acceptance checklist.
  • Scope changes after approval require a separate change order before execution.

2. Payment Terms

  • Fixed-scope packages are billed 100% upfront.
  • Out-of-scope change requests are billed hourly using complexity-adjusted rates and approved before execution.
  • Domain and hosting provider charges are pass-through costs billed up front at purchase/renewal.

3. Delivery and Revisions

  • Delivery follows published timeline windows and agreed revision terms.
  • Missed scoped deliverables are corrected within the stated revision/support window.
  • Unscoped feature expansion is billed separately.

4. Support Operations

  • Support is queue-based and follows published SLA by tier.
  • Live support windows and availability status are shown on the support page.
  • Abusive or unsafe requests may be refused and suspended.
